All products listed are subject to availability. Live bees are living creatures and availability may be affected by seasonal and environmental conditions. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or change pricing at any time.
3. Ordering and Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of pickup. Payments are securely processed via trusted third-party platforms. By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
4. Shipping and Risk
We currently do not ship live bees.
5. Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of our products, especially live animals, we do not offer returns or refunds unless otherwise stated. If you experience a problem with your bees, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content—text, images, logos, and branding—may not be used or reproduced without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our website or products. Live bees involves risks, and customers are responsible for their own safety and knowledge of local beekeeping laws.

Due to the nature of live animals and biosecurity concerns, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for live bee purchases under any circumstance.
All sales of live bees are final. Once an order has left the bee yard, we are unable to provide any refunds, regardless of the reason. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of our bees, and to maintain high standards of apiary care.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you have an issue with the condition of your queen or bees, please email shawn@schimanskibees.ca within 24 hours of pickup. We’ll do our best to assess the situation and may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund, credit, or replacement (where feasible).

Orders may be cancelled at any time.
